Craig, a recovering attorney and thrice-failed guitar student, hosts the station's regular Bob Dylan Show. He lives in Cohasset with his wife Kristina and their two young children. His weekdays are filled with coffee, suits, traffic and exciting meetings. On weekends, Craig is usually riding bikes with his kids, working in the yard or running a few miles to stay in shape. (Species: surburbius typicalius).
Craig has absolutely no prior experience in radio though he has always loved the sound of his own voice. And his passion for the topic carries an otherwise nasaly and self-indulgent show. Station Management has resisted his suggestions for a 24/7/365 Dylan format and is correct in insisting that quarterly is just the right dosage for all interested parties.
Dylan's music plays a simple role in Craig's life: enriching the downtime between the multiple Presidential biographies he grinds through each year while the rest of his family sleeps quietly. His patient wife Kristina indulges these boring endeavors and continues to humor Craig (and has since they met in 4th grade) that she finds his hobbies quite fascinating.
The Show focuses exclusively on Bob Dylan’s music, genius and unmatched cultural influence. On any given show you may hear songs from the essential Dylan playbook, buried bootleg rarities, live in-studio acoustic performances, well-known cover versions, related side projects, poetry readings, lyric exegeses, celebrity call in interviews . . . just about anything Dylan-centric.
Craig takes requests, input and any and all suggestions.
