Pork Medallions Marsala
May 5th - May 10th
Tender medallions of pork are simmered on the stovetop in a rich marsala and white wine sauce infused with garlic, oregano, thyme and basil. Soon to be a family favorite. Serve over angel hair pasta (provided). Serves 4-6 people. (Stovetop)
