Brockton: Accused killer expected to be arraigned on new charges

Accused killer Keith Luke is due back in Brockton Superior Court Thursday morning-- but for an entirely different case than the murderous rampage he is accused of going on over a year ago in the city of Brockton.

Luke is expected to be arraigned on charges that he attacked a doctor who was at the Plymouth County Correctional Facility to evaluate him.

Back in January Keith Ablow, a psychiatrist, was meeting with Luke in a room at the jail when Luke allegedly jumped onto a table, kicked Ablow in the head, and then lunged toward him as correction officers subdued Luke.

Back in January 2009 Luke, a self-proclaimed white supremacist, was charged with fatally shooting two people, and raping and wounding a third.
