Scituate: Officials hope it won't rain on their parade

Scituate Parade officials have concerns about the weather for Sunday - the day of the St. Patrick's Day parade.

Chairman of the Scituate St. Patrick's Parade Committee Ed Kelly says they have some political heavy hitters that are planning on marching in the parade: candidates for Massachusetts Governor incumbent Deval Patrick, Republican Charlie Baker and his running mate Richard Tisei and Independent candidate Tim Cahill are planning to take part in the parade that steps off from the Gates Middle School at 1 p.m.

Kelly says anyone who plans on going to the parade should check on the parade website or stay tuned to WATD for the latest information about the parade's status.
