Authorities are on the hunt after a Massachusetts man who twice escaped from custody, again walks away from a minimum-security prison in Bridgewater.
51-year-old Manson Brown fled from the Old Colony Correctional Center around 8:20 Friday night. Officials say the break may have been triggered by media reports of new charges against Brown in connection to a 1996 home invasion and rape in Cambridge. Indictments were handed up last week, after a DNA sample from Cambridge matched evidence taken from Brown's arrest for an unrelated incident.
Brown was serving a 10-year sentence and was due to be released in 2012.
